Ian Receives JW Foundation Scholarship

Ian has been selected as a recipient of the prestigious JW Foundation Scholarship! This highly competitive award is granted by the JW Foundation, a public interest organization established by JW Pharmaceutical Corporation, one of Korea’s leading pharmaceutical companies known for its innovation in hospital therapeutics and new drug development.

Ian’s selection comes after a rigorous review process involving CV and essay evaluations, followed by a formal interview. The scholarship will provide financial support to help him successfully complete his PhD program through to graduation. The JW Foundation has supported promising scientists in basic science research annually since 2021, and Ian joins this esteemed group as part of their fifth-year cohort.
